Callmanager Automation

I have a large callmanager implementation around 10,000 phones. We are a school district and have a ton of changes every year. Teachers changing rooms leaving the district getting married ect. We must go through every phone with a new person and reset up caller id to reflect new person and reset VM. There are thousands of changes and this will happen every year.

Does anyone know of a way to automate any of this. I have used BAT as much as possible but there is not a way to do what I want. Maybe some sort of 3rd party program.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

You can automate almost all changes using AXL API. Look at IP Phone Services for Developers forum.
