callmanager directory dial

In ccm 6.1, is there a way to have callmgr prefix a '91' in front of the user tel number that show when using phone directory key?

No AD integration, customer uses ccm ldap and user numbers are in it as full number, such as, 212-555-1212.

customer wants to be able to hit dial key but to dial inter-site they must dial it as outside call with the '91' in front.

thanks

Re: callmanager directory dial

Hi Rob,

There is a nice step by step guide in this doc (should be workable for CCM 6.X well);

Add Prefix to the Missed Call Number

Hope this helps!

Re: callmanager directory dial

Guess I didn't explain it well. Customer has many sites. Call to another site is dialed as a 'dial 9' call.

So its not the missed call that I'm looking to dial, it is the directory lookup number.

for example, User hits directory button on phone and looks up another user. the user tel number is 10-digits. To dial him caller needs to dial 91 and then the 10-digit number. Customer is looking for a way for ccm to add the 91 so user can just hit the dial key.

So basically, i'm looking to automatically prefix the '91' when directory is used.
