Speed Dials will be exported.

I remeber a DDTS in which AC Speed Dials were lost but should be fixed in 5.1(2)

Yes, the PAB and Fast Dials will get migrated from 4.x to 5.x.

One thing to be aware of is that in 5.x the PAB and FD are accessible from directories menu, with no configuration per phone required any more.

Thanks for your help, I also got this reply from Cisco:

The database information such as (Personal address book, speed and fast dial information)

should be taken care of in the Data Migration.

Speed dial numbers are always stored in the CM database, and yes, they

are saved in the DMA output tar file to be used for upgrade to 5.X.

DMA backs up both CM database and directory data.

"Fast Dial" information from the directory is exported as the

ciscoccnocFastDialEntry.csv by the DirExport module of DMA

If you do not use DMA, is there a way to bring over speed dials, fastdials from Cm4 to CM5 using BAT?

THanks!

Have you manageg to get an answer as to whether there is a way to export fast dials and speed dials from ccm ver 4 to import to ver 5?

thanks
