Is there a way to monitor what happens when CallManager supposedly sends e-mail alerts?
I have set up a system alert which triggers every minute. It displays the recipient for the e-mail alert. I never receive the e-mail. I have checked and rechecked the SMTP ip address and port but never see CallManager put the packets on the wire when I use a packet sniffer.
