Hi ,
hope you can help.
Have set up callmanager 5 to forward voice mails to Exchange 2007.
When an extension is set up to divert to voice mail this works perfectly when dialled internally.
However, when called externally the call drops.
The debug output is
Cause i = 0x82E2 - Message not compatible with call state or not implemented
Any ideas?

Could you disable progress indicator in CallManager and try?

That is exactly what you need to do. I have had this problem before. There is a known bug on this.
In your Service Parameters, set the DisableProgressIndicator to True and you problems will disappear.
