Callmanager Express - Hair Pin Call Routing Not Working

Alright looking for some advice here been running in circles on this issue. Appreciate any input.

Scenario: External caller calls in and rings extension, extension has call forward all to external number. External caller gets fast busy or disconnect (depending on which IOS) 12.4.15T13 (Fast busy), XJ4 (Disconnect).

I've tried having the user call-forward with the full number 1-XXXXXXXXXX  and the regular 10 digit number. Need to find some way to make this work.

Equipment: 3725

IOS: Tried both XJ4 and 124-15.T13

Inbound dialpeer:

dial-peer voice 2 pots

translation-profile incoming autoattendant

incoming called-number 672

direct-inward-dial

port 2/0:23

Outbound dial peer

dial-peer voice 1 pots

destination-pattern 9T

direct-inward-dial

port 2/0:23

Telephony Service:

call-forward pattern .T

Make sure a valid calling number for the circuit is used. Meaning, a DID assigned the PRI, not the calling number of cellphone.

Also, you should suppress sending Facility IE to telco.

"

        Calling Party Number i = 0x2180, 'XXXXXX1672'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:National

"

Just to be sure, i'm seeing this go out when the transfer to external number is being made, that number I X'd out is the main number for the site. The telco should be seeing this number attempting to initiate the call?

Do you know a doc where I could look up supressing IE info? would that cause the carrier to drop the call?

You can compare a working, regular call with a failed, redirected call to see what is causing telco to reject it.

You can suppress facility ie with

no isdn outgoing ie facilty
