CallManager Express Integration with a Nortel PBX question about caller ID

Hi Cisco and experts, i have a question regarding the presentation of the numbers between the PBX and CCME. It seems that the PBX does not relay the caller Id information for its internal extensions number as it appears Unkown Number when an internal extension number calls to the Cisco.

The PBX has a PSTN provider connected and when you transfer the PSTN call to the CCME the caller ID shows correctly.

The question in this case is, could be there a way to change the Label presentation of "Unknown Number" to something else, (like "Internal Nortel Call"), but still maintaining the caller ID presentation when calls from the PSTN are transfered to the CCME.
