Callmanager express seperate users

I have an 30 channel isdn connection and also an FXO card connection to PSTN on a 2801 gateway. because 2 companies are sharing an callmanager express gateway,I need to seperate users so that 1 company can only dial out of an FXO port and the other company can only dial out the ISDN line.

Is there a way of doing this. it is express manager version 4.1
