Are there any functionalities or features that Avaya phone system offers that Cisco CallManager can not? I am replacing an Avaya phone system with Cisco Unified solution and would like to know what are the features and functionalities that Avaya offers in order to be able to provide them to the customer. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the resource who was assighed to me at the customer site anymore but need to finalize the implementation by Friday. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
