Where do you see the alert, in RTMT or CLI?

How frequent is the alert?

What is the uptime for Cisco Callmanager service on this server?

If it is possible to restart the callmanager service, please do it and check if the alert stops.

Hi,

Just adding to Manish's list of questionnaire,

- When have you first noticed the issue?

- Have you restarted the Server/Cluster?

- HW Configuration of the VM/Bare Metal server?

- Any other services that you think are impacted

- Has anything changed recently, before it started throwing this message?

I think if you really want some sanity check done, the best option is to export the Syslog system and applications logs from CUCM and attach it to the thread. I guess you might be getting this alarm as an email from RTMT.

This message is not common, at least on the version you are at.
