CallManager Missed Backup

Folks, I need some help on this

Environment: CCM 4.02a es30.1. Cluster of 8 servers. No call processing on publisher. TFTP on publisher. 5000+ endpoints. BARS: 4.0.4

System configured to take backup on local drive everyday at 0200 hrs. Overwrites backup after 7 days. Overwrites logs after 15 days. Backup size roughly 1.5GB.

Twice in last week, the system missed backup. There is no backup file generated nor any logs under C:\program files\common files\Cisco\Logs\BARS\BACKUP

Backup was missed on one day, then it worked fine for next 3 days (without any intervention). It again missed today. There are absolutely no event logs or backup log of any kind. As if it never started. Does anybody have any ideas about this

Try upgrading the BARS and see if it works out

Do you see any errors in event viewer related to this ?
