Havn't integrated ccm directly to Call Pilot, but have done it with Mer Mail and Nortel PBX still in place. Set up Qsig tie lines between CCM and PBX. On Cisco phones make Fwd No Answer and Busy goto VM Pilot number. Build VM box on Nortel Voice Mail to match ANI of Cisco Phone and it should work.
I have done this with a middleware from Checkmate. We have been running it for about three years. The Checkmate software runs on a Virtual server. Another way is to configure QSIG on the PBX. CallManager supports QSIG.
