Hi All,

We have a remote office with a Cisco Callmanager cluster ( 1 Pub and 2 Subs), where the this week the two SUBs servers has been restarted in two time or more times without a network issue, the cluster support about 300 phones and it is interconnected with an IPCC enterprise solution remotely.

The CCM4.3sr1 is over Microsoft server 2003 SP1 with 2GB of RAM and 2.33Ghz

Hi Andres,

It is strange that 2 servers reboot around for similar days in a row.

Are they running on the same power distribution unit and UPS circuit.?

Which type of Hardware

Any Power supply alarm errors?

You may engage TAC for further troubleshooting

what was the fix please ?

it was electrical issue that affected the servers run correctly.

I restarted both servers and then the issue was solved.

A
