We are experiencing slowness with callmanager and High CPU utilization after upgrading from 3.2.1 to 4.2.1. Below are the symptons:
Loading Call Mgr. Admin pages has been unusually slow.
Going from the "Phone Configuration" page to the "Line Configuration" page has taken upwards of 30 seconds to 1 minute
General page movement/switching is taking longer than usual.
WinMgmt.exe and rgsvc.exe processes have the highest CPU utilization, and the "InsertCDR.exe" is using upwards of ~880MB of memory. Note that there is no tracing or debugging that was turned on recently.
The server resource requirements on CCM 4.2 are drastically higher than the 3.2 version, you actaully need at minimum 1 GB of RAM, but recommanded is 2 GB+, I am assuming you have an older hardware that you may need to upgrade or replace.
