what is the call manager version?

are u different version RTMT client?

thanks,

Vipul Jindal

no download the RTMT  from the callmanager  V 7.1.5.31900-3

below is the most common bug related to tomcat in your version

CSCtj50884

Tomcat - java.lang.OutOfMemoryError due to large number of RTMT requests

As a workaround, restart the tomcat service

thanks,

please rate if it helps!!

ok then this is a bug with the callmanager version. i was reading up on that bug and one of the mentioned work around was to turn off RTMT when it is not being used. Does that mean that if RTMT was not being used, I would not get those high utilization levels?

Thanks for all the help
