I have au CALLMANAGER with follwing version:
1-cisco CallManager System version : 4.1(3)sr3a
2-Cisco CallManager Administration version : 4.1(0.11)
3-Cisco CallManager Installation ID:4.1(3)sr3a
I want to upgrade to the last disponbile version.
Please could you help me how to do this operation and wich steps i have to follow to have
a good upgrade.

If you mean that you want to upgrade to the latest SR all you need to do is download
Unified CallManager 4.1 Device Package - Compatible CCM Version 4.1
Software Download - Cisco CallManager Version 4.1
and install it on all the servers in your cluster, PUB, then SUBs
