The ANN can be stopped, having problems or the MRGLs from devices do not have it
Try restarting the IPVMS

still looking for ipvm service to restart. in a nutshell, we had a power outage over w/e all seems ok accept the invalid extension annoucement..
If you are on the Serviceavility page--> Control Center Feature Services, you'll see the "Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App" service, select
the checkbox next to it and look for the Restart icon at the top of the page, it has a teal colored arrow and a little green square. Otherwise, scroll down and you'll see the Stop & Restart buttons.
