CallManger DeviceTypeMismatch question Looking for ideas?

Have a question on how am I supposed to find this device type mismatch

In Real Time Monitoring tool -->syslog viewer-->Application log-->CiscoSyslog-->I am getting this message every three seconds.

%CCM_CALLMANAGER-CALLMANAGER-3-DeviceTypeMismatch: Device type mismatch. Name of device.:SEP0021A0845E2E Device type.:434 Database device type:255

I can't find this device(SEP0021A0845E2E) when I search under device->phone->find device name. I have searched for begins with, ends with, contains. I don't see this mac address in this system.

I know that Device type 434 is 7942 and device type 255 unknown.

Any ideas?

Issue is fixed. Phone was never configured in Callmanger.
