CallRecording only receiving 1/2 of conversation

I have an ANDTEK CallRecording solution in a CUCM 8.5 cluster which uses Call Recorder Profiles which references a route pattern pointed to a SIP trunk to the Call Recorder. Everything appears to be working except, the call recorder is only hearing 1/2 of the conversation, and it is always the caller on the opposite end of the call to the IP Phone which has the call recorder profile.  Built-in-Bridge is on, on the device/phone, and calls are G711. It just seems that the phone is only copying/sending the one side of the conversation up to the recorder..........Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. I'm thinking this isn't an issue with the recorder, since doesn't know the difference between who says what, and can't differentiate between conversations- I'm thinking it is something with CUCM.....
