Calls between CIPC no sound

Hi!

I have a CME running, when i call between CIPC at 7960, 7940, or 7971, it's work fine, but when i call between CIPC no sound it's played, for any sides

CIPC Version: 2.1.3

CME Version: 4.2

any idea?

Make sure under your "Audio" setting in "Preference" section of CIPC using correct network adapter.

But, if the problem it's CIPC configuration, when i call to HW phone the problem still happens...
