Calls between different partitions

Hi,

I have a environment "site A and site B" with SRST working.. .

But, the site B with SRST router can to do calls for CUCM site A... but Site A - CUCM can not to do calls for site B (busy signal).

The ip phones are in differents partitions...

Could you help me please?

Hi

If you want both sites to be able to dial each other, you need to ensure that the CSS (calling search space) assigned to Site A includes the partition of the phones from Site B, and vice versa.

Typically if you want full reachability between all internal extensions, you would have a single partition for all those internal devices to simplify the config.

I think I misread your post.. do you mean that when you are in SRST mode:

• The SRST site can dial the head office extensions
  
• The 'main' site which has CUCM cannot dial the SRST site

Yes, correct. At moment all phones are registered on the main site - CUCM.

I solved the problem.. The cucm had DN duplicated.
