calls from ICT to CCE

Hello I need to know how can to do calls from CCM 4.13 over InterCluster CUCM 7.1.3 a UCCE.

What can I to do ? What are the requeriments for that.

Call flows is IPphone >CCM 4.1.3> ICT > CVP>ICM>VXML>CUCM7.1.3 >Agent from CCE.

I need the calls to be in codec g729.

Hi Santiago, You want to configure ICT trunk between the CUCM 4.x and 7.x. Configure the regions on the ICT to use G.729. You will also need to add a transcoder on the CUCM Cluster 7.x to convert the G.729 to G.711 to communicate with the CVP. CVP only supports G.711. I hope this helps, Marcos
