Calls from UCCX to Unity Callhandler carry DTMF over and immediately chose option1 -Error!
I am working on an issue for a customer that is having the following problem. Calls coming into a main Auto Attendant script give the following option for pressing 1. To dial by extension or to dial by name press 1. When you press 1 the 1 carries through to the Unity and immediately go to the Directory handler which is on option 1. I cannot figure out how to make the UCCX pause long enough after pressing 1 to keep it from carrying the tone over to the Unity. It's amazing how fast the Unity answers as I cannot press the 1 quick enough for it to not carry the 1 tone over to the Unity and thus rendering Dial by Extension useless. How would I keep this behavior from happening?
