I have a CME 8.1 deployment exhibiting odd behavior. Calls come in, go to a hunt group, and are handled accordingly. If a person is on the phone processing a call, and a second call comes in, the call automatically forces the first call to "hold", and becomes the active call.
MLPP is NOT configured on this system, and it is configured identically to about 4 and a half dozen other CME systems that aren't behaving this way.
The system is connected to PSTN via a PRI line.
My incoming dial-peer looks like this:
dial-peer voice 100 pots
preference 9
incoming called-number ....
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/1:23
I have no other preferences referenced anywhere.
Thoughts? Ideas? Funny stories?

Can you post the full CME and ephone configuration?
