Calls going straight to voice mail or no voice mail at all.
Hello, we have an issue with a reception phone that has 5 lines attached to it. The plan is for lines 2001-2004 to ring and forward to the next if busy. If all are busy, it should forward to voice mail on 2000.
However, the problem is today customer's have been instantly forwarded to voice mail having to retry their calls a few times before getting through. Some calls will ring but result in dead air and a disconnect.
We tried a few resets and things but now it appears that the problem is there is no voice mail forwarding at all. It just rings.
