I have an issue with a couple of phone that when the user picks up the reciver the call is not picked up untill the user presses on the line that is ringing. I have tried to do a "no auto-line" and then doing "auto-line" under the ephone that im having problems and doing a reset, still did not help.
We have 3 phones and their button 1 is setup as an overlay of dns and those dns are a memeber of a hunt, in this way when the hunt recives a call, all the phone will ring. With 1 of the phone lets say "phone2" im not having any problem when the user lifts the handset the call is answered. we then disconenct the call and try again this time we test to pickup the call on phone1, all the phone rings user picks up the handset on phone1, the call is not answered until user presses on line1. Same thing with phone3 call is not answered untill user press on line1.
