calls not forwarding to CUE

Hello,

I am unable to call cue through GK.When the call forward to CUE it gives me fast busy tone. If i call from PSTN the calls are forwarding to cue & things are perfect.

The call through GK is using G.729codec.
I have configured Transcoder as well but still im getting fast busy tone.

calls not forwarding to CUE

Thats perhaps because your CUE dial-peer mentions the communication protocol be SIP but GK speaks H.323.

May be you can create another dial-peer ( without SIP ), which GK could use ?

Lemme know how it goes.

Re: calls not forwarding to CUE

Hi Gapande,

Thanks for ur time & reply. I have fixed this issue.

The problem was i didnt configure transcoder session under

telephony-service.

Once i enable, it worked perfectly.

Regards,

Anis

Hi gajanan,

Thanks for your reply.

i sorted it out. It was because for transcoder session was not configured under telephony-service.

Regards,
