Calls not forwarding to Hunt Group - BACD

Hello all,

I am CME 7.1. I have done following configuration to divert call from PSTN to the agents.

application

service aa flash:app-b-acd-aa-3.0.0.2.tcl

  paramspace english index 1

  param number-of-hunt-grps 1

  param drop-through-option 1

  param handoff-string aa

  paramspace english language en

  param max-time-vm-retry 2

  param aa-pilot 4000

  paramspace english location flash:

  param second-greeting-time 60

  param drop-through-prompt _bacd_welcome.au

  param call-retry-timer 15

  param voice-mail 4220

  param max-time-call-retry 700

  param service-name app-b-acd

!

service app-b-acd flash:app-b-acd-3.0.0.2.tcl

  param queue-len 2

  param aa-hun1 4500

  param number-of-hunt-grps 1

  param queue-manager-debugs 1

!

ephone-hunt 1 longest-idle

pilot 4500

list 4102, 4101

timeout 10, 10

!

My requirement is when a call comes to 4000 extension, it should play welcome prompt & after that it should transfer to agent-1 "4101 Ext" if agent-1 does not answer in 10sec it should forward to agent-2 "4102" & if agent-2 does not answer call should go back to the queue.

Currently if i dial hunt group 4500 its ringing to 4102 for 10 sec then 4101 but no welcome prompt or any other prompt is playing.

Currently if i am dialing 4000 extension either internally or from PSTN i can hear " Thank you for calling you have entered invalid key for sale press1 for customer service press2....

Can any body tell me whats wrong with my configuration & why the call is not hitting the Hunt Group number ?

Regards,

Anis

You also have to look at dial-peer and translations.

Take "debug voice application script" with "term mon".
