Calls not hitting gateway

Hi,

  I have Cisco 2911 connected as Gateway to Call Manager via MPLS

Call Manager :- Ho

Gateway :- Remote

Call Manager and Gateway Connected via MPLS Network

Problem

1)Extensio to Extension Calls Working

2)But remote suers are not able to make any PSTN Calls

3)Created Router pattern, CSS ,aprtations

4)DNA shows ROUTER THIS PATTERN but still no Calls hittig Gateway and Outgoing /incoming calls not working

 Please help asap

what happens when call is made from outside to this E1-PRI?

any logs on GW come or not ?

besides Aman , can you confirm when you try to dial a RP it match correctly or it matches other RP, please check from your IP Phone , what did you see?.

i did DNA it was coming perfectly fine, i do not get any thing on debug isdn q931

i tired DNA with Local and STD both show right CSS and Route pattern

i dial 0 get the dial tone n then i get fast busy tone wen i disl the number

Can you attach "show log" from router, just want to make sure that calls are hitting to gateway or not.

Pull CallManager traces as well as "debug mgcp packet", "debug voice ccapi inout", and "debug isdn q931" from gateway.  Turn on "service sequence-numbers" on the gateway.

Sorry for late reply the issue is resolved below PRE DOT potion in Route Pattern there was 1 more 0 by mistakenly put so call was not going out now it resolved

1-can you check that your VG under CUCM has correct CSS which include partitions under your existing Route patterns ?.

2-Can you share one of your Route pattern?.

3- Did you apply mgcp bind commands?

4-Ok , if VG is registered . Can you check that VG is registered with the correct IP address   ?.

Off Topic: I think you are not supposed to dial from a HO phone to remote gateway via MPLS. TRAI violation.
