Calls routed to CUE module result in a busy signal
I may be a bit too deep in the weeds on this one and simply need another set of eyes to help me spot something, but here goes:
I'm configuring a CME system with AIM-CUE for VM and auto attendant. Whenever I dial any number that needs routed to the AIM-CUE, the result is a busy signal. NOT a fast busy, but a regular busy. This includes pressing the VM button on the 7942 phone(s).
Is this simply a matter of RMA'ing the module and getting a new one? If so, it'd be ironic as this was a replacement for a DoA AIM-CUE originally. (I'm fully open to suggestions that this system just isn't supposed to have a CUE module in it. . . ) :-)
Anyone encountered this before and have a fix?
I've attached the CME and CUE config files, again, it's quite possible that I'm not stepping back from this far enough to see where a config problem lies.
