Calls to a specific DN have too low volume (UC520)
I am experiencing a strange problem. I have a UC520 (Cisco UC520-16U-2BRI-K9 (MPC8358), 12.4(22)T with several dn and ephone-dn configured on it. Everything works properly except 2 lines, which have too low volume. It is strange because other lines in the same phone work properly.
Those are the DN involved:
! ephone-dn 100 dual-line number 13 no-reg primary pickup-group 2345 call-forward busy 51 call-forward night-service 56 call-forward noan 51 timeout 10 huntstop channel night-service bell no forward local-calls ! ! ephone-dn 101 dual-line number 11 no-reg primary pickup-group 2345 preference 1 call-forward busy 50 call-forward night-service 56 call-forward noan 50 timeout 10 huntstop channel night-service bell no forward local-calls !
Re: Calls to a specific DN have too low volume (UC520)
Are the calls to those two DNs made from another IP phone or do they come in via the PSTN. If the latter, what type of PSTN connection does the router use? Can you provide us with the entire running configuration?
