Calls to Negative/Suspected Countries

Hi,

Today our customer got a mail from his PSTN provider stating that there was a call made to Negative/Suspected Country on 3rd August of 367 minutes duration. So we are investigating on this now. I pulled the CDR report but there was no call which was lasted 367 minutes in the report. Kindly help me in this. I went to CDR > Device Reports > Gateway, selected the 3rd august for date, selected the correct gateway also and pulled the pdf report.

Usually this type of toll fraud happens at your IOS gateway, not from a legitimate phone in CUCM. Take a look at these two documents:
