Calls unable to connect

Dear all,

I thought of checking here first to see if anyone encountered this situation before. A couple of days back, all the calls could not be connected. The ip phones will ring but when the person picked up the call, it still continues ringing. This happened to both extension and pstn calls. As it happened to my customer, the first thing they did was to restart the cm. That solved the problem but we were unable to collect any traces during the failure. The CM version is 5.0.4a. Anyone experience this before or can point me towards the right direction as i'm currently at lost on what to do?

Hey Sam,

You should be able to pull some logs from the rtmt. Also note, I beleive 5.0.4a was deferred. You might want to try upgrading.
