Can CUCM detect Number type from a H323 inbound call

Good day,

Does CUCM can detect the type of an incoming number (national,international), from a H323.

I explain:

I have a CUCM that connect to a H323 Gateway.

A call arrives on the H323 gateway, The gateway can detect the type of number.

Then it forward the call to the CUCM.

Question: does the CUCM will know that it's a National call or international call.

Th purpose of this is that the Provider remove the 0 or the 00 on our inbound call. And we wan to transform the call to a E164 format.

Yes, H323 and MGCP can understand the numbering plan provided the provider sends it. It does not work for SIP trunks.
