OK. Take a look at the second link in my post above. You'll want to setup an e.164 number for each mailbox. An easy solution is to use 1+DN, so extension 200 gets an e.164 number of 1200, extension 201 gets an e.164 of 1201 and so on. Then create an ephone-dn for forwarding these calls to voicemail such as:
call-forward all 1234 (your VM DN)
Now, you can configure your AA with a call redirect step that transfers the caller to 1200. The caller will go directly to the voicemail box for DN 200. Your receptionist and other users can also transfer a caller to 1200 with the same result.
Yes. If you allow dial by extension in your AA script, a caller could certainly dial an extension directly. Do you want to force the caller to go to the user's VM? If so, you would need to collect the digits from the caller and then prepend a 1 (or the number you configured to come up with the e.164).
