Can MARS monitor Cisco CM 5 and above

Can Cisco CM version 5.x and above be monitored with Cisco MARS. For example using syslog or SNMP or other protocols. I know events can be collected from generic UNIX/LINUX systems but understand that call manager systems OS are hardened.

i'm not sure about compatibility but linux versions do have an SNMP config you can use to send the info to this kind of servers you mentioned
