Hello.
I have 1 server for CUCM 9.1 and one for Presence. I did everything according to this video to make my jabber clients control deskphones but no success(((
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsnen0QT1c8
I noticed that on Cisco Presence when I check User priviledges, there are the next status for CTI enabled user on CUCM:
Standard CCM End Users, Standard CTI Enabled
BUT
Standard CCM End Users
And when I check if user is allowed to use CTI, I get:
Cisco Computer Telephone Interface (CTI) | CTI All Devices | no access |
But on CUCM I added this user to CTI enabled group.
Please help. What could be wrong?

you should add this privilige from CUCM it self, allow control of all devices.
You should also check all the accociations of the user & phones to be controled (eg: user page associated phones & from the phone page : owner user , ..so on)

I did is several times))) And I found the problem place. When I change IP address in CTI UC service on CUCM from CUPS server to CUCM itself address everything works)))
