Can't get caller id to show on call waiting line on 7912G Phone

                   I have CME 4.1 running on a 1760 with four 7912G phones. I have one of the phones setup for dual-line (ext 1001). When I call this phone from the other extensions, the caller id works fine. One caller id showing the first extension that called and the other caller id displays on the same phone (ext 1001) when the first line is in use and you call it from yet another extension. The problem is with incomming POTS lines calls. When you call into the dual line 7912 from the POTS line that is PLAR'd to it, the caller id displays the POTS number on the 7912. When you then call into this same 7912 from another POTS line, you hear the call waiting tone, but no caller id displays. What might be the problem?
