Can't play voicemail from cisco phone.

One of my users is having trouble playing his messages through his phone. He can listen to the messages through Outlook 2003 SP2 with ViewMail for Outlook 4.2(2)

When he hits the messages buttom on his phone he gets to where he is told that there is a new message, and when he hits 1 to listen to his message it goes on dead air. Nothing plays back.

Then I also had him check his voicemail from a direct line, and the same thing happens.

Nobody else is having this problem (over 400 users) so I guess it would be either the telephone or PC.

His unity account is fine and so is his line.

Not sure what else I can look at.

I just deleted the Unity account and recreated it and that fixed the problem.
