The AUX port is for expansion modules - like external keypads, etc. You'll want to get an ATA 186/187 or plug the cordless phone directly into an FXS card on your router.

is there any way I can connect Panasonic phone using some sort of RH45 to RJ11C converter?
just want cordless phone instead of cisco ip landline phone.

You may be able to, but I've never seen it done and it wouldn't be supported. An ATA would be a quick and easy solution to implement what you're looking to do.
