Can you program to make a beep or announcement based on call type?

We have several types of call coming in to the same agent.  We would like to be able to have it programmed to either give a specific beep or even a whispered message to notify the rep when they are getting of these call types.  An example would be when a rep is taking a call from our Spanish caller, that it would notify them in some way so that they know to do their greeting in Spanish rather than English.

Assuming the calls are going

Assuming the calls are going through UCCX you may be able to add a short recording there based on which branch of the script they go through.
