Hi, verify that dspfarm is registered using *show dspfarm profile* and you need to create AD-HOC ephone-dn to make conference work, like these:
ephone-dn 200 dual-line
number A00
conference ad-hoc
no huntstop
!
!
ephone-dn 201 dual-line
number A00
conference ad-hoc
preference 1
no huntstop
!
!
ephone-dn 202 dual-line
number A00
conference ad-hoc
preference 2
no huntstop
!
!
ephone-dn 203 dual-line
number A00
conference ad-hoc
preference 3
no huntstop
!
!
ephone-dn 204 dual-line
number A00
conference ad-hoc
preference 4
huntstop

It looks like you only created 1 ephone-dn for each conference type, you need at least 4, from the documented I provied:
To configure extension numbers for hardware-based multi-party ad hoc and meet-me ad hoc conferencing, based on the maximum number of conference participants you configure, perform the following steps. Ad hoc conferences require four extensions per conference, regardless of how many extensions are actually used by the conference parties.

Chris

Do you have conference ephone-dn defined?
Check out the "SCCP: Configuring Multi-Party Ad Hoc Conferencing and Meet-Me Numbers" section in the admin guide:

Hi,
On your ephone-dn 20, define a secondary number (number xxx secondary xxxx). Then you conference should work.
What Chris also said will work.
Regard,
Baqari
