Cannot delete a user in Cisco Unity Connection Administration

Hello,

When I am in Cisco Unity Connection Administration I am unable to delete a user.  I check the box to the left of their name but I don't even have an option to delete the user at all?  Am I missing something?  All of the help articles that I've seen just say to check the box to the left of the user and then select delete but I do not even have a delete button.

Hi Alex,

If this is Unity Connection within Business Edition the user

has to be deleted via CCMadmin not directly from Connection.

Maybe this is what you are seeing??
