goto Cisco.com and login using your CCO ID. you must have download privilages. in the search field on the home page type:

win-OS-upgrade-K9.2000-2-7.exe - then click the search button.

that should take you onto download confirm page. click on :

Download Software for : win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-2-7.exe

Hi All,

because I have to upgrade CCM 3.3(3) to CCM 3.3(5) to... I need file win-OS-upgrade-K9.2000-2-7.exe. But this file really is not on Cisco pages to download. On page/location to download is message: "Error: Session is no longer valid."
