I am running into a weird issue. We have an h323 gateway with a PRI connected to a PBX for calls between the cisco phones and Nortel phones.
From most phones it works. However some phones it does not work. I even found a scenario where a users softphone works and their desk phone does not work. same extension, same callerid, same calling search space. Calling the same number
The error we see is
Cause i = 0x81D8 - Incompatible destination
from what I read it says that the number does not exist on the switch side. but it obviously does as we can call it from other phones going across the same PRI.
