Hi Guys, not sure if this is the right forum to post in, but it looks like the best match out of the option.
I have 13 switches in CER 2.0 right now, but i cannot delete one because Phone Tracking is constantly running. I get the following error: "Failed to delete LAN switch. Phone Tracking is in progress."
No matter when i try to delete this switch i get the same error. Rebooting the server does not resolve the issue. My phone tracking schedule is set to run every 30 minutes (I believe this is the default). My question is, will extending this interval (to 60 or 90 minutes) fix my issue, and what will the consequences be?
