cannot save ringer mode on Cisco Call Manager EXPRESS GUI
out of the blue, when we enter changes into the Web GUI such as changing ringer to monitor or vice versa, it appears to save but doesn't save. At other times, it appears that it has taken the changes but give me back the "nothing has been changed do you still want to save"? popup? i am bumfuddled as to the problem! this was after a power failure but have had them before and i dont see anything wrong in the config, therefore i am LOST! any ideas?
It sounds like database replication may be broken. If you have RTMT installed on your machine, you can check the database replication status. You should have 2's all the way down. Alternatively, you can go to Cisco Unified Reporting, and go to system reports => unified cm database status => generate new report.
