Cannot start the RTMT

Cannot start the RTMT, the "Error polling alert status-No Connection existing"

Replies contain error, [ErrorCode]:6 [ErrorMsg]: No connections existing

Some initial points and questions to get started:

1) Have you downloaded and installed the RTMT plugin for the version of CUCM you are using?  i.e., Each version of CUCM has an updated RTMT plugin.  CUCM 6x RTMT doesn't work for CUCM 7x and vice versa.

2) If you are using the correct version of RTMT, then you may need to restart the RIS (Remote Information Services) and any RTMT services on the CUCM.

3) Are you specifying SSL for the RTMT connection and using an admin account with rights to connect?  If not, you'd likely get a different error but it's worth asking.

Hi

The error is: Replies contain error,[Error Code]:3,[ErrorMsg]:Internal Error

I use to correct version to CCM 4.1 and  restarted the RIS services, too
