Environment: CUCM 7.1.3, Skystone version 2013
Skype calls goes through a pre-defined extension (operator) in CUCM. Both parties (Skype caller and Cisco extension) can converse without issues.
The issue is from the same Skype call/session, the Skype call cannot be transferred to another extension. Normally, when you press the Transfer button, you immediately get a dial tone but not for this instance and as such the Skype call cannot be transferred.
What are we missing? Please help!

A few questions for you..
1. How many calls are allowed on the DN?
2. What is the integration with skype? Is this SIP?

Max number of calls for the DN = 4
A H.323 Gateway (H.225 device protocol) was created for this Skype / CUCM integration
Signaling Port = 1720
Media Termination Point = checked/selected
Codec set on both ends (Skystone and CUCM Gateway) = G711 u-law 64K
As an additional info, on the same CUCM, we have an Asterisk gateway and is working properly .... no issues at all.

If it is SIP integration, Skype might not like the inactive media exchange. Can you hold/resume okay? You may need to force MTP required.

Hold/Resume does not work. On the IP Phone 7965, pressing Hold several times does not result to anything and call will eventually drop.
Callforward. Pressing this key several times, a message will display on the phone panel saying THAT KEY IS NOT ACTIVE HERE

Note that the incoming Skype call is going to extension 2800
The IP address of the DN (2800) is 10.16.66.16

I don't see any calls to 2800 in the SDI files. Can you collect again and make sure to get all nodes?
04-01-2014 10:28 AM
Check the calls under IP address 10.16.66.16
Call session started like 12:49
04-01-2014 01:12 PM
I still didn't find the call. Do you have more than one node?
