CAR - Tomcat Error

Hi, I'm getting the following error when I try to open CAR Login Page:

HTTP Status 404 - /car/

type Status report

message /car/

description The requested resource (/car/) is not  available.

---

Apache Tomcat/5.

I try to restart Cisco Tomcat Service from CLI without success.

CCM version is 5.1

Someone knows how to solve this problem?

What is the exact version of CUCM?

Take a look at: CSCsl16440 can you see HD space?

Please open the CCMAdmin select callmanager serviceability from 
the drop down menu that is on the top right corner, then go to 
tools>>control center - network services >> and restart 'Cisco CDR 
Repository Manager' and 'Cisco CDR Agent' on all servers.
By the way, are you opening the CAR web page, from 
serviceability>>tools>> CDR analysis and reporting? 
if you are not  please do it.
